Spring 2026 - Starts April 13 - June 13 (9 weeks)
- All groups will train at same time:
- Monday-Friday 5:30-7 pm (8 and under 1 hr 5:30-6:30pm)
- Saturday - 9-10:30 am (8 and under 1 hr 9:00-10:00am)
- Meets to be annoucend.

USAM MASTERS SWIMMING - Fall/Winter/Spring (Tue/Thur 8-9 pm, Sat 8-9 am)
- Must have USA Master Registration/Insurance
Location: Troy Boys and Girls Club, 7th Ave, Troy, NY 12180. ***Park and use the 6th Ave entrance in a fenced area near the playground.***
