RED GROUP - 8 and under, learn to swim. Capable of swimming 25 yards of free and back.
WHITE GROUP 1 - 7 to 13, learning the basics of all 4 stroke development and race strategies. (Novice to Advanced)
BLUE GROUP - 11 and up, more advanced stroke development and race strategies.
REGIONAL - 11 and over, invited to the group, advanced training program and race strategies.
MASTERS (Adult over 18) - swim program workouts and assistants in stroke development
Lifeguard Course
- Classes can be as small as 5 people.
- Must be 15 years old at end of class to take course.
- Includes CPR/First Aid and Lifeguard Certifications.
- Spring Classes Available soon
- Friday 5-9, Sat 8-6, Sun 8-6
- online portion also needs to be completed
